looking for kefir bread recipe
I had a kefir bread recipe that I made for several years, but have now lost track of. The dough/batter only had three ingredients: freshly ground flour, milk kefir and salt. It would ferment for 24-36 hours and then be ready to bake. Does anyone have a recipe similar to this? Everything I find online has many more…
