Chicks!!! (with pics)

CBD Oil question
I have tried CBD oil (purchased from GrowNetwork) and have not found it helpful at all. I followed the instructions on the bottle for dosing. Is it me? I know some remedies just don't work for everyone but I would like to know if that is the case with CBD as well.
