Can goat bones be used to make broth?
I don’t have much experience with cooking with goat meat. I’ve made chops, stew, and meatloaf. My family is enjoying the change of flavor. So when the goat was butchered I asked for the bones as I assumed I could make a broth or a soup base with them. Am I right? I would appreciate any insights or suggestions any of you…
Today I fried some sausage, yellow crookneck squash, zucchini, and onion together. I then diluted some cream of chicken soup just a bit to make a topper sauce, and then completed the dish by topping with shredded colby cheese. The dish was delicious!
