Are the benefits the same? I am going to try to get the shoots from garlic cloves and trim as needed. Any thoughts, ideas?

Feasible Alternatives to Canning
I think I officially hate canning now. What if I dehydrate produce and keep a four season garden? I’m reading the Elliott Coleman book now. Is that a realistic goal? Has anyone on here done that successfully?

I didn't find this video before it killed my electric knife. Will add a pic of the seeds later. They're huge and easily the size of a US dime. I…
