Yes you throw out the hard pit and just use the soft kernel. He said to put them in a baggie with moist soil and leave it in the fridge for 3 months. Can't wait to try this! I have planted peach pits before and nothing grew so now I know why!

Lucky you! I've never seen Yarrow in my area. But Mullein and chamomile abound in good supply. Mullein is wonderful as it is one of the herbs that helps asthma which abounds in my family.
