I have Swiss Chard coming out of my ears. I can easily pick it every single day. I love it but nothing sounds really great. I guess I could always make it into a powder. Does a dehydrator work for this? Does anyone know? It is starting to get hot again. Mostly in the 90's.

Does Saw Palmetto help Wrinkles?
Before Covid the skin on my face had few wrinkles. During Covid I got wrinkles! I have tried at various times using Coconut Oil. My granddaughter (17) says if you use Saw Palmetto (don't buy it here in the US). How does it help, where do I purchase it, does it work or do I need to combine it with something else?
