Green Pumpkin Pie & Squash Shoots
Who knew these could be done? Shoots picked off to put more juice into your squash can be eaten. Green pumpkin (say your season ended before your pumpkin is ready) can be made into pie! I guess I will try the shoots. I'm still hoping my squash & pumpkin amount to something. 🙂

Nice little harvest
This was my bounty from my garden yesterday. I ended up cooking BBQ sausages, creamy mash, broccolini & to the spinach/leeks, I added mushrooms, carrots, choko, garlic & made a stir fry. Yummo & the leftovers ended up as bubble&squeak for breakfast. I’m a very contented veggie gardener at the moment 😊.
