Could you possibly indicate what each herb is used for and their actions, It would be most helpful for those who are not as familiar with the individual herbs.

    Dandelion
    Increases bile flow, supports the health of digestive organs, especially the liver, which is directly related to the health of your skin, also purifies the blood.  High anti-oxidant content helps to fight free radicals, which is known to help guard against the signs of ageing. Rich in Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium and Phosphorous, these are all minerals which are required for healthy skin.

    Plantain
    Skin soothing herb that’s great for skin irritations like bug bites & stings.  It is a natural relief for sunburns; soothes down the skin and promotes faster healing. Contains Allantion which is germicidal & anti-bacterial, kills germs when applied topically, less scarring, treats acne & rosacea.

    Horsetail
    Along with the anti-oxidant benefits of anti-ageing, and the anti-inflammatory benefits for acne and irritation, when applied topically to the skin, it can help heal rashes, burns and wounds thanks to its anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties.

    Chickweed
    High in vitamin C, good for skin conditions like psoriasis, rabies, itching, also good for muscle and joint pains. Is considered a skin rejuvenator and is packed with minerals and antioxidants.  Chickweed can prevent oxidative stress and soothe inflammation from things like eczema, acne, rosacea and improves the appearance of scars and wrinkles.

    Pineapple Weed
    Properties similar to chamomile (same family), anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, anti-oxidants that help improve the appearance and health of skin, minimizes wrinkles and speeds healing.

    Labrador Tea
    Astringent and anti-oxidant properties, topically applied to areas suffering from eczema, psoriasis, leprosy, irritation or inflammation is highly effective.

    Oxeye Daisy
    Properties similar to chamomile (same family), anti-inflammatory & mild astringent properties, it has healing properties when used topically on small wounds, sores & scratches to speed up healing, used externally for dermatitis, rash, eczema, acne, bruises & boils.

    Rosemary
    Helps protect skin cells from damage caused by the sun and free radicals, has natural antiseptic properties, it's a skin disinfectant, improves blood circulation and is anti-inflammatory. Contains: rosmarinic acid, caffeic acid, betulinic acid, carnosic acid, ursolic acid, carnosol, and camphor.

    Cannabis leaves
    Anti-inflammatory inhibits bacterial growth, anti-oxidants (more powerful than Vitamin E & C; per National Academy of Sciences study 1998) that protects the skin against damage caused by environmental exposure.  Anti-oxidants protect the skin by neutralizing free radicals.  Free radicals are unstable molecules that harm the cells in your body and cause all sorts of damage, from aging to cancer.

    Has the ability to cleanse impurities from your blood, high in Vitamin E.  Used in Ayurveda medicine as a wash for fungal infections such as athlete's foot. A natural alternative skin treatment for acne and rashes as well as an anti-aging treatment as it increases skin radiance; reduces inflammation and has a brightening effect.

    Lambsquarter
    It heals skin irritations and other external complaint, supports skin health by toning and tightening the tissues.  The whitish dust present on each leaf is made up of mineral salts from the soil and is an indication of its mineral-rich value; it is packed with essential vitamins and minerals, high in vitamin A, B, & C.  It has a positive effect on chronic wounds, improves the blood, and is a treatment for burns.
