Monarda is an amazing plant! I've got lots growing here too. It's a wild form of oregano.
I use tiny bits of it as a culinary spice (and I mean tiny)
I also make oregano infused oil for topical cuts and woulds.
I occaisionally make an 'oregano water' - a very mild tea - it I am wanting to have an internal antibiotic. It tastes terrible! LOL

I just joined the group so I know I'm a bit late in replying to this topic. But if you've have more monarda then you can use, harvest the best looking of the lot (keep the stems long) and take it to a flower farmer or floralist. They may be interested in buying it from you.
