Hi Casey

first off CONGRATS!!!!

ok anything ginger, fresh ginger tea, crystalized ginger, ginger is my savior when it comes to nausea..did I mention ginger? lol

homeopathic nux vomica 6X or ipecac 30x also good

raspberry leaf tea, peppermint or anise teas

eat a protein rich snack before bed and a good B vitamin, try not to go more than a few hours without eating..this isnt an immediate cure but will help lessen the morning sickness)

peppermint oil (1 drop on a sugar cube)

chew on fennel seeds

OH DONT FORGET THE GINGER LOL

congrats again

Heather

Thank you for this valuable info, Heather! I am always excited to hear from you in this forum.

I have been gingering it up! It really has helped quite a bit. I've started to infuse my sipping water with ginger and keep it with me throughout the day. It has kept my nausea at bay for the most part (with the exception of a few surprise bouts), definitely an improvement! ?

Fingers crossed this will get me through the morning sickness!

truth be told...I havent been pregnant since 2000 and i still drink brewed  fresh ginger water all day every day lol super healthy and chock full of nutrition (for hot tea i usually add a piece of crystallized ginger gives it a little sweetness plus you can enjoy it at the end of your cup of tea lol
