Salad spinner

I some times miss my salad spinner but it bit the dust several years ago and I found especially kale after rinsing is easy to shake out. I do the same with my lettuces. But I agree with you, the processes are much easier with a salad spinner! Maybe I should add that to my Christmas gift list! Considering we are living on salads 5 meals per week!

I finally broke down and purchased one about a month ago and still find myself rinsing, shaking and patting all the leaves. I guess I'll actually have to use it. I tend to go back to habit most of the time.

I started using one this year and I love it! I used to use the Spin 'n Stor plastic bag salad spinner, but I like this container version better. :-)
