It’s pretty easy. I just use a 2-3 oz glass bottle with about an oz of vodka, you can put some aloe Vera in if you like and any number of EO’s -  I love peppermint, rosemary and orange, but lavender, thyme, tea tree and tons others also work.  Just needs to have antimicrobial properties.  I use this spray for hand, air and surfaces and also as a quick pick me up - just spray in the air and inhale.

Purified water plus colloidal silver
10 drops of essential oils (see list below)
5 drops witch hazel
1 oz. glass spray bottle
5 drops of Vitamin E
5 drops of fresh frozen aloe, or aloe vera gel (optional)
put all in a 1 ounce spray bottle

* Use caution when using lemon essential oil in hand sanitizer. Cold-pressed lemon essential oil can cause a phototoxic skin reaction when used topically and skin is exposed to the sun. Robert Tisserand’s book Essential Oil Safety states that cold-pressed lemon essential oil should be diluted at a rate less than 12 drops lemon essential oil to 1 ounce of carrier oil.
