Natural remedy for Bursitis of the hip

I would recommend DMSO topically, CBD or cannabis infused oils internally and topically as well as acupuncture

peppermint and frankincense EO diluted topically are great for the pain (also you could use an oil like olive or sesame oil infused with frankincense resin topically its great for pain as well) and consume less inflammatory foods / eat more anti inflammatory foods, hot castor oil packs , bone broth will give the nutrition you need to heal the soft tissue and connective tissue and reduce inflammation and ginger topically and internally are great for the pain anf inflammation associated with over use or injury..ice and rest.
