I am sorry, Heather...I just don't see what I am supposed to press. I had tried all of those things at the bottom of the text box too...nothing like emojis hidden in them as I had suspected.

I am going to go check my preferences again. Maybe something there is messing with it being an option.

you're not on a computer, on a device? ..is there a "desktop" site you can get on on your phone? If not, the option simply may not be compatible with your smart device.

I was thinking that it is not compatible. Not everything is.

Our desktop crashed years ago and we never got it going again. There doesn't appear to be a desktop version.

@Jimerson is there anything that can be done? I'm on an android.

@Laurie Im the complete opposite LOL my smart phone broke years ago and I first I replaced it with a flip phone, then that broke..now I am a landline gal :) LOL

I miss mine. Typing is much nicer and faster (for me anyway) on a desktop.

Same here—not seeing the emojis in the text box, but do have the option to add emojis from my phone keyboard....💪🏻🤓👍🏻🤪🍒

Merin has got it right, you can add emojis from your mobile phone's built-in emoji's!

Well that is funny - or not but when I first was here I didn't have the smilely face, but now I do! Yikes, I wonder why that is....

Just like Marjory, I get the 'paragraph' symbol on my cell phone rather than the emoji. Just FYI @Jimerson

@Grammyprepper On your cellphone, use your phone keyboards built-in emojis.

@Marjory Wildcraft Check your screen resolution, if you are magnifying it, the browser window may be going into responsive mode (mobile device mode) and removing the emoji, thinking you are on a mobile device and able to use your device's built-in mobile emojis.

Ugh, last year I had to buy a dang (not-'smart' Android) phone, for 40 seconds twice daily to Clock in, & out for work. - That thing never shuts up giving me Driving directions, lol. - Once weekly I will Text a friend for 20 seconds. The other 23+ hours the darn thing is OFF. Yet that costs me $33 every month. What's wrong with that picture !
