Catching Up with You All
Sorry that I haven’t been writing lately. The location that I am currently at has terrible internet connection and not was going through. Even with WiFi. I’ll be home soon and I start presenting discussions soon. So stay tuned
In the meantime, you may notice that the cayenne paste in my last discussion causes one extreme nausea and vomiting. Don’t worry; I’ve been through it twice and I have figured out how to beat it:
- After taking the cayenne paste, DO NOT GO TO BED RIGHT AWAY. Remind sitting upwards. Go outside for some fresh air to clear you head.
- AVOID USING FLAT PILLOWS. If you have a pillow that can elevate your head and upper body at least 30 degrees, use it. Because I noticed that flat pillows aggravated the nausea and vomiting symptoms.
- DRINK TEA OR GINGER TINCTURE. It will calm the stomach.
