Banana Flavored Milk
I made this milk and used it, instead of dairy milk, to eat cereal this morning. It tastes delicious😋😋😋. No sugar included.
2-3 cups of oatmeal
Honey or sugar
- Soak the oatmeal in the bowl and leave for 1 hour or overnight.
- Sieve the oatmeal from the water. Put the water aside and the oatmeal in blender. Add the oatmeal water (if needed) and blend for 3-5 five minutes. Put the milk through a cheese cloth to separate the milk form the oatmeal shaft. The milk will be slimy so take your time. Discard the oatmeal shaft or save for future use to make oatmeal cookies.
- Dice the bananas and pound them into mush. Put the banana mush into the stove and heat it up. Add the appropriate amount of honey or sugar to your taste and mix with the bananas.
- Put half of the oatmeal milk back into the blender and add the banana mush. Blend thoroughly for 3-5 minutes. Put half of the banana flavored milk into the pitcher. Put the rest of the oatmeal milk into blender and blend. Put the rest of the banana flavored milk into the pitcher. Mix thoroughly and put in the fridge.
