So much pineapple sage!!!

What can I do with this besides tea and sugar? The flavor is intensely pineapple candy like.

This is after I harvested a paper bag full!

Yes, I would think flavored honey would be awesome. Also, it occurs to me that the fresh leaves with be good with salad greens and fruit salad.

I have made an infused honey jelly with it that was really good.

I have lost my patch during the last drought and have not replaced it. I need to do that.
