High Blood Pressure Essential Oil Blend

High Blood Pressure Blend

20 Drops Sweet Orange Essential Oil

20 Drops Bergamot Essential Oil

40 Drops Clove Bud Essential Oil

40 Drops Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil

5 Drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil

3 Drops Rosemary Essential Oil

40 Drops Ylang-ylang Essential Oil

(The "active" EO in this blend for High Blood Pressure is Ylang-Ylang)

Mix oils in Amber glass bottle and smell straight from the bottle or diffuse a couple of drops. *Start slow and work up to what works for you as this can drop blood pressure quickly!

*if you plan to diffuse this don't put the sweet orange in the blend as this can cause a headache... ask me how I know🤔😏

Thanks! I have a friend with high blood pressure, who has been looking into natural alternatives.

    What does " Ylang-ylang " taste like ? @one.ette

Last week his BP was 230/115 !!! , oh & that was in the AM. - Then Thurs 130/89 HS - so obviously that thing is screwed up. am getting yet another! BP-system.

Curiously, any nurses here know of a BP system they think is pretty Reliable ?

    This looks very interesting.

I am going to make this up today but the recipe looks like it is a "stock " blend considering the amount of drops in the recipe. So, I am going to reduce the blend recipe by half (using 3 Eucalyptus and 2 Rosemary won't make a huge difference). That way one will save on oils. Even though I am not a fan of Ylang Ylang, I still would like to save on my oils.

Thank you for sharing this. I would be interested in knowing what other have tried it and their results. I will post my results after a few weeks to share how it worked for me. I know everyone is different and has different BP readings but just to share in case it helps anyone else watching this post. I am excited to see how it works for me as I need to lower my BP a little bit more.

    🙂
