I loved that phrase "you are what you digest" 🍽
Thank you, Marjory! Very grateful to be part of the Summit! <3
Glad to see you online Ananta. I herd some people had difficulty logging ing so I haope the replay weekend will have more engagement...
This was presented so well and articulate, couldn't find a mumble or the word "so" anywhere, thank you for that ;) And, thank you for helping others.
Thank you for this wonderful presentation and the delicious recipes. Making home-made ghee is on my to-do list!
That was... AMAZING! I took 5 pages of notes and am going to get your book! Hope there is a replay so I can listen and ponder on this more.
@ckramer400 thank you so much! Happy you enjoyed it.
So happy to hear this @lavendergarden!! Best wishes with your ghee making - it's such a wonderful Ayurvedic boon for digestion! <3
Thank you so much dear @Vanessa! Very glad to know you enjoyed and took such great notes too! Hope you enjoy the book and keep in touch. I believe there will be a replay this weekend... is that correct, @Marjory Wildcraft?
Hi @Ananta YES! the weekend of Oct. 25 & 26 will be a full replay of every presentation.
Lots of fabulous advice! I'll need some time to digest it all and make it a part of me, so to speak. I wonder if there are Ayurvedic communities in the Pacific Northwest, that you know of. It seems like Ayurveda would be best practiced with a group, recognizing of course, that the individual practice is paramount.
