Alternatives to Dentists Q&A

This is a question for Marjorie, really. From an email last week, I noticed there is now being offered a Q&A to Doug Simon's DVD presentation "Alternatives to Dentists" which I purchased last year.

Is it possible as a purchaser to get that Q&A information now via email? I have a tooth in which a filling fell out leaving a deep hole, and is causing much pain from a raw nerve, in addition to trapping food into it which I have to dig out and syringe wash which hurts. I want to know if it's time to pull it (which is one of the questions the Q&A addresses and I don't want a root canal and crown), or if I should continue to nurse it with horsetail, garlic and clove etc. I need some guidance determining if it's too late for reparation.
