It's not bone broth, but it's good!
I like to use my Instant Pot to cook beef or pork that I've forgotten to thaw. You have to add at least a cup of water to make sure you get steam so it will come to pressure. I used to make gravy with the juice.
Tonight, I had some thick boneless pork chops, which I seasoned with salt, pepper, rosemary (from my garden), and a little thyme. I put a couple of big sweet potatoes on a trivet and threw them on top, and cooked for about 50 minutes.
I like the sweet potatoes with some butter, local raw honey, and a healthy shake of cinnamon and some cardamom. The juice was really aromatic, and instead of making gravy, I poured it into a cup to drink wile it's still warm. It's really good!
