Hi @silvertipgrizz - ok, I looked over what it contains, & none of that I am guilty of. Obediently kept my nose clean, & never arrested (prolly would die right on the spot).

That said, I have been fit to SPIT !!!! for decades, over Medical malpractices done to me. - How is it that the medical profession can get-away with untold many felonies, & yet we can Not either Protect, nor Defend our self against their crimes. Explain that, IF you can.

you are spot on. I'm in full agreement and the only thing I can say as to the 'why' is that people go on about their life many not having a clue, many can't afford to take their eye off their daily rut to make sure their family can eat another day with another days roof over their heads.. the only thing that makes sense is the fact that our lives have been designed so that we have enough time to toil at work with one or two days off to recoup and hopefully spend time with our loved ones.. I'll say it again, as much as I under stand people wanting a break from the hard work of farming that our predecessors lived, to walk away from that to the jobs in the cities in exchange for money....not having a clue that there would be those trhat would taint our food and water and our freedom to drink raw milk and on and on.....We should have stayed on the farm....quality of life and health would be better and we would be better equiped to stand together and stop the slime that is ruining our country and our health.

well, I can't say I feel much better but at least I said it...the truth.

Note that my intent on posting this is not to assume that any one might have done anthing wrong to need to protect themselves from litagation, but rather to arm themselves with a little more knowledge to be able to keep a false accuser from progressing against one that would be innocent.

glad to see you got back ok.

and ignorance due to appathy. for those of us who know things like..make sure you ahve copies of your health records, all of it, doc's notes, labs etc...

research recommended treatments before one decides if one should agree to said procedure, and so on and so on.

Arming one self with knowledge is one of the best ways to tackle this but sadly many will not even bother to get their own medical records even when they are made aware of how important it is to do that, because of the why.

I studied law in college - I was good at it. It is mostly common sense.. "do unto others". But, as you may recall, back in Oct I was harvesting shellfish at the coast. The shellfish bed was closed that morning and that info was not posted until after I was out there. No signs were posted. The marine patrol watched me collect oysters and clams from a distance, then came to detain me while I was walking back. It was a total set up. Then, he put the wrong amount on the ticket. Well, at least I could mail it in if I waived the right to argue it in court.... I did so... the US mail sent it to the wrong town. My court date was yesterday... and they didn't get the money order until yesterday when court was in session and I wasn't there!!!! Being several hours from the county where I was charged, I spent most of yesterday o the phone, trying to convince them not to issue a warrant for my arrest!!!! All too often, you can do your best to obey the law, but sometimes they are out to get you... anyone who has ever happened into a speed trap knows what I mean. The problem is that current laws do not follow the Constitution… law enforcement is adversarial and there is no presumption of innocence. The bad guys get off with little punishment... the good guys get caught in snares and traps.

Hi @silvertipgrizz - we really can't make Generalizations, even in this community... because as we both have discovered: Here we have not only the general/clueless public who continue OBEDIENTLY "follow Doc's orders..." taking their prescribed poisons; & then there are Licensed (or former) nurses, & other medical 'professionals' with varying levels of experiences (in my case all the way from hi-risk prenatal through the entire life-span in 95% 'specialties' as staff-nurse, Teamleader, supervisor, manager, & pioneer, etc.

So the whole "we should never have left the farm", in my case was Not the issue; -

nor was it that "people should keep track of their medical records." - In my case (& millions others every single day) repeatedly it was being physically-FORCED (which when a person is conscious, & not harming self, nor others), is totally against the law.

Ok I tried to address how to defend ourselves, at least a couple of ways, but did not address how they keep getting away with it.

They keep getting away with it because most of us cannot afford an attorney to hold them accountable for their malpractice against us and on our behalf. Or because some innocent victims don't go after them to hold them accountable. You prolly know as well as I do that many doctors will re locate and get back to practicing and not be noticed that they have a past record until they get caught hurting someone else.

    Hi my friend Dianna,

re "They keep getting away with it, as most of us cannot afford an attorney to hold them accountable for their malpractice against us":

Unfortunately, that is only part of the problem, others being -

1.Lawyers saying "Hey, they didn't succeed in killing, or permanently maiming you to the point of Life-support dependence, so what sort of Financial judgment could you expect to be awarded? <- iow, the entire Legal system is totally F'd up, too.

2.Family members saying "Remember, God said 'vengeance is mine'; iow a good Christian does Not sue anybody". to Heck with that !

3.the State? - the defendants get to be Tried by their "professional peers", iow docs as bed-fellows in 'practice'.

4.and so on & so forth. WHY does someone have to be Intentionally Murdered, & only then changes made?? - People still alive should have their freedom-of-CHOICE protected... from the ama-cartel.

I have more things to respond regarding this, but it has to be tomorrow as my brain is tired. but I stand by the fact that we should have stayed on the farm. Americans as a whole would have been better off working hard and eating healthy food grown on our own land with our own backs, as that in itself would mean far less necessity to even step inside a doc's office. Many in this group prove that to be true at least to some degree even if they have to work too, but still raise their own critters and food will have a better underlying health by not eathing the trash big ag and big rx beg us to engulf with both hands stretched out begging for another boat that we provide for then with the vulgar cost of said trash

. And no matter what the situation, have a record or our personal medical records is imperative many reasons, basic and first so we have a clue what diagnosis we have been given and as to the why as will be stated in the docs notes. Even in the little information in your post 'physically forced' and even if you didn't have a witness willing to stand with you sometimes in the notes of a jerk that would treat a patient like you were treated clues might be found to set the right eyes on said doc for scrutiny.

To keep from generally speaking, I think I remember you telling us that one doc broke your fingers. Is that right? I"m trying to answer your question and if I had a patient that told me the doc broke their fingers, I would make it my business to get this doc held accountable. i would want to know if you had x rays of your hand, the date it happened, who else was present that could be subpoenaed for discovery and then to testify if deemed a credible witness. I would try to find out if there were any others that had complaints of same doc...Ie I would do what I could to get the monster stopped and the chart would still be a very important part of discovery and as all nurses and docs know...if it wasn't' charted it wasn't done so in breaking your hand, did he chart anything of your broken hand as if he hadn't done it or if nothing at all had been charted. ie I would turn ever stone until I could prove what he had done, or add a pi and that is if I could afford it. This is one of the ways a holes like that get disbarred but unfortunately some of them do go to other states and get away with hurting other people still. This old woman is so tired her eyes hurt.

    Good night dear rainbow.
