Coconut oil/milk & Sauerkraut are really good.
Then there are other MD's like Dana Cohen MD, who wrote https://www.amazon.com/Quench-Fatigue-Through-Science-Hydration/dp/0316515663 I heard her on Coast-to-Coast, & what she says about REhydration makes alot more & Good sense, @silvertipgrizz 🙂

@rainbow Is that the same Coast to Coast radio program that used to be on years ago? They talked about paranormal things. I haven't listened to that in years.

Oh wow! I just watched the vid! I figure for me to daily drink 3tsp sea salt (Himalyan Pink is whats in the pantry) for ten cups of water. Fabulous, I like this.

@silvertipgrizz - Yes, read the book 'your body's many cries for water'. - Yet the "Quench" approach goes further, & I was Pleasantly surprised to have them justify my already common practice of smoothies 🤩...

What passes for "normal" now-a-days is an outrage, & at best an embarrassment. And just because current scientific understanding & therefore methods can Not explain the rest of Reality, does not make reality non-existent, or sick. - All it means is that small minds stand to be Enlightened. 🙂

Can't remember what program I watched, but it recommended a tsp. of Himalayan salt and lemon ( I use a drop of lemon oil) in 16 oz of water daily. I have done it often and it is amazing how refreshing and energizing it is!
