Expresso: One shot or two?

    Interesting. So a summary...Less beans, + course grind + a touch less water = superior, non-bitter coffee. Time is irrelevant.

    I use the pour over method if I make coffee and don't make espresso. I have roasted my own beans (so fun & smells wonderful!) and so, grind them as well. I wondered what the ideal grind size might be. Now, I know!

    Gosh, I love the smell and taste of coffee... but I have trouble sleeping whenever I drink it... 😭
