@rainbow Just so you know, Elephant garlic is not a true garlic but rather a type of leek.
@silvertipgrizz I purchased some garlic from Filaree Garlic Farm in December and I bought Nootka Rose Garlic. It's an heirloom, has pretty skin, and I liked the description I read about it.
