    Ukrainian food is excellent! I dated a Ukrainian girl who used to share recipes with me. Honestly, it is all good - not one dish I didn't like!

    My teen years were spent in a Scandinavian influenced, but mainly Ukrainian area. I didn't try a wide variety of their foods, but enjoyed what I did get to try.

    Those recipes look so good! I like the simplicity of the tomato salad. It makes me wish I had some fresh tomatoes to try out the recipe.
