I used his stuff for leaky gut for 3 months.
-
@timtandme Did it help? Was it the Switchel? he has lots of other articles in this post as well.
-
It did help but was very expensive and I couldn't continue the program. His work seems to be very well researched. I ha e a friend that swears by him.

@timtandme IF you're interested look for his vid's on herbs. he does one that is about his 10 or 12 fav herbs I can't remember which but he gives very good info esp for beginners like me, and it's not very long...maybe 15 to 20 ish minutes. It's been a long while since I watched it but he tells how to use, to some extent every one of his list, and his info is enough to get you started.
He also does vid's with another doc, friend of his, very informative.

t@timtandme The link includes the recipe and it doesn't seem expensive if you make it yourself. Just a bit of apple cider vinegar, ginger, water and a natural sweetener. Sounds quite good if you like ginger.

I am hoping to redirect this discussion to another existing thread on the forum called "Switchel." It should have the same link. You might find more information on this subject in that thread. We also talk about making shrub.

@Laurie There were 2 reasons I didn't post it at the origingal 'Switchel' post: I was posting a huge part of the day here on various threads and couldn't remember how the link read to look for it, and I wanted my post to focus more on Dr. Axe and the other topics he had on this same page. I also had alot more info I was gathering to post so thanks for redirecting so hopefully it will serve more being in two different areas.

@silvertipgrizz That is understandable. I do appreciate his information. It seems that each time I check the site, I am opening up so many more pages than the one I came for in the first place.

@Laurie I copied this from a prev post, in case you haven't seen this:

I'd look for it for you but I have to get off here for awhile and work my garden prep for the season and the seeds I still don't have started🙃

@silvertipgrizz I did see your post. Thanks for reposting.
-
@Laurie It would appear I'm still not working on seed starting. Keep finding stuff interesting..
