prickly pear fruit

I harvested about a gallon of prickly pear fruit last fall and froze it, thinking that I would make jelly with it. I have since completely given up sugar, but I don't want to waste the fruit. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to use it? Since it's frozen, I can't singe it to get the glochids off.
Thank you!

Sure - I make wine with it! Crush it and strain out the seeds and all solids. To that, I would either add some sweeter berries or kiwi... any flavor that compliments, the juice of a lemon... maybe some mint leaves.... and usually some dissolved sugar and water. Pitch your yeast, and let ferment in a vessel that will let air out but not in. When it has become dry wine, the sugars will have been converted to alcohol.
