Interesting salad greens

After doing some research last year, I purchased some herbs for various reasons in spring. They did it tough during the drought but are now flourishing. So I was very chuffed last night when I picked salad greens consisting of dandelion, tulsi, sorrel, lemon balm as well as rocket and oak leaf lettuce. Combined with apple cucumber , radish and avocado with a lovely honey, mustard seed dressing, went down rather well and proud that everything came from our veggie garden. Well except the avocado!
