Dandelion Brandy

These are the flowers I've had steeping for two days. Looking to make brandy and online am finding most information relates to dandelion wine. Want to use as little sugar as possible and am experimenting with yeasts. A lot of the recipes for wine add raisins or oranges, maybe lemons. Any suggestions for a simple recipe appreciated.

When i was little we had a yard that was always full of dandelions. this was before (or maybe after) most people knew the benits of dandelions as food, as medicine as a boon to your yard, etc. One year she made dandelion wine and all I can remember is how sweet it was when i 'stole' a sip. I was not impressed.!😁
