Ethnobotany resource

I did not realize that the U.S. Forest Service has a whole section devoted to ethnobotany! Clicking on the image downloads one with the plants named, and uses given, and you can read more about quite a few topics. Seems pretty good.

Thank you for posting this. I did not know about it either, but it is very well done. I really like their categories: food, fiber, dyes, soaps, etc.
This offers a good start in getting to know the natural resources in your area used by native peoples, The site also led me to another, Native American Ethnobotany, http://naeb.brit.org/uses/ which has even more material and lets you search by tribe or plant species (you need the Latin name though)
