@torey I read an article a long time ago that stated that the celtic sea salt that I used for some time, due to its moisture, had some kind of micotoxin had been found in it. So I quit using it and started and stil use only Himalayan Pink as a finishing and sometimes tho not often, also in cooking... I usually use kosher course in a lot of preps and I especially like baking a whole chicken packed with the kosher salt as it makes a superb chicken... Glad this info was of value to you. I really like Dr. Axe..he talks and does teaching on herbs as well..
