I watched several of these this past week, and they are really well done. You can download recipes and class notes. They are lifetime access, and have been changed from paid to free classes. They are on the Teachable platform. (The live online classes are still paid.)
I highly recommend the Instant Pot class! I learned a lot, and I use mine all the time. Now I know how to make a rice dish in the Instant Pot!
The Sweet Baking class was another favorite. There's a Spice Kitchen and Herb Kitchen that are also good. I'm working my way through the others.
