I@judsoncarroll4 I used to have a big heavy cleaver. One day it came apart from the handle and I haven't seen it since. It was a great item to use. I really miss it.

Yeah... major regret of mine is that I did not get the one my grandfather used for barbecue. It was hung up on a hook outside the farm office by my uncle, and was very rusted. I doubt I could have salvaged it. But, I wish I had tried.

@judsoncarroll4 Have you been able to visit any restaurant supply place? We got a few things from one just recently, and they had a huge cleaver! It might be worth checking one of those places out.

@judsoncarroll4 but what about the product quality, albeit just looking at them online...? Anyway the site looked interesting but I don't have time to look it over til later..just thought a starting site might give you some potential good ones to look over...

Yeah, that is my hesitation, buying online. I think they have some good ones. But, I'll probably find one at a flea market.
