I do not know the type of hosta! I have not eaten hosta eitber! Willing to try!!

Beautiful-love Hosta plants have a number growing in my front yard-many have been there for years now and have fought through all kinds of weather and climate changes. :)

Hostas flowers taste like many other plants we don't grow primarily for food - not offensive, but nothing to shout about. Since they are so easy to grow, at least they give you a pretty reliable harvest unlike some that may not flower much or not at all (zucchini).
