I think I just found some stinging nettle ?????????

I THINK I just found some stinging nettle in my back field and I'm wondering what I should do with it. I know it is a herb but how would I harvest/prepare/use? Thanks in advance!!!

I use nettles as a nourishing infusion. I also make a creamy potato soup out of it. I have used it to treat allergies by combining it with horehound and mullein in capsules. I also have thrown it in a smoothie to add nutrition.

@COWLOVINGIRL yup it’s most definitely nettle, and it’s so versatile! If you’re feeling especially sore (ex. muscle knots, tendinitis, etc) you can use that sting on the affected area which will open the capillaries causing more blood to rush to the area and bringing relief. Also, look up nettle beer (more like a cider) it’s an easy, yummy medicine

Yes and i ordered nettles from Starwest Botanicals before when I hadn't found any foraging. I think that $16 is a better price depending on shipping.
