I have both the traditional ferment recipe and one where all is thrown in the blender then strained. anyone know if the blender recipe is any good?

    I would suggest that it would be OK if you had nothing else and needed it right away because you felt like you might be coming down with something. But I'm of the opinion that it has to sit for at least 2 weeks, preferably a bit longer, for optimal extraction of all the benefits.

    I've made fire cider 2 different ways. Blended everything up and then roughly chop everything up. Both were stored for at least 1 month, before consuming. I'm in agreement with @torey on this one. Karen you might like to add something to your name so people can tag you in a discussion, there are so many Karen's out there.

    I didn't have horseradish so i used poor man's pepper instead😋

    There are so many fire cider recipes. I have a whole book of them! So I'm not sure which recipes you mean. But I would definitely let it sit for a while to let all the goodness come out.
