Gray spots on my Blushing Delight apples

My Stark Bros. dwarf apple trees actually fruited this year! One only put on 1 apple, and it was accidentally picked. The Blushing Delight put on 12 or 13, and they have almost all developed gray spots that look sort of like an appaloosa horse. Weird... I can't find anything about it. Any ideas? Fungus? Insects?

Update: every single apple rotted on the tree. I discovered some dwarf apple trees on my church's grounds, about 3 miles from my house, and their fruit was doing the same thing as mine. Could there be something going around in this area, a fungus or blight or something?
