This is in line with email Marjory sent out yesterday and the article on having a continuous yeast supply on hand indefinitely.

I love a yeasty dough. The smell and taste are amazing! Going to attempt my endless supply of yeast! Wish me luck.

In the past few months I started baking bread again. This time I made a starter. When I used to bake, I only knew how to bake with store bought yeast. I still have some yeast in the freezer, and yes it still works. I had no idea that bread baking could take on so many nuances. Something like wine making until I read this article. Very interesting. And yes, it is time for me to make some bread!
