Limoncello or not!

So roughly 3 yrs ago and an excessive amount of fresh lemons, I decided to make some homemade Limoncello. Lots of lemon peel soaked in vodka, roughly 6 weeks and then make sugar syrup and sweeten to taste. Made up a few gift bottles for Xmas that year and they went down a treat. Last weekend while I was having a clean-up in the pantry, I came across 1bottle I'd missed. The vodka/lemon peel one. Not so interested in turning it to a liquer, I decided to make some tinctures with it. Decided on skullcap and gotu kola as apparently they can be bitter to consume, so with the extra lemony taste, should be ok! I also did jars and jars of preserved lemons, still got a couple on hand.
