Beat the Heat Popsicles
Rosalee has a new recipe for Hawthorn and Hibiscus Popsicles. Sounds delicious, reduces heat (excess heat causes inflammation) and is good for your heart. Win, win, win.

These look delicious and started me wondering about other things to put into a popsicle like cucumber that cools you down because I am not fond of sugary treats. Thanks for the nudge @torey .

under substitutions the recipe says any type of berry, but I also really love cherries and enjoy frozen dark cherries. Now I want to try them in a popsicle recipe

Tovolo makes really good popsicle molds. I bought a set when my kids were in elementary school (my youngest is now 23) and I still have them. They are easy to fill and easy to clean.
