Yeah, it was good. My mom got sick though, so I had to go care for her... postponed my fishing trip. Hopefully, I'll leave on Monday for that.

@torey Thanks for the walnut ketchup recipe. From the ingredient list, it looks like it should be called "onion ketchup" since that's the main ingredient. It was interesting to read about the walnuts and how to tell if you can use them.

This is quite fascinating! I think sometimes we take the common things for granted without knowing their history (or contents). I can only imagine how many other things we use everyday were developed in the past!
