    Melissa K Norris has a great video out on pie crust.

    She mentions using a smidge of ACV to help decrease gluten formation.

    my great grandma used to use crisco shortening but with it being hydrogenated vegetable oil and them changing the recipe they werent turnign out like they used to so i switch to lard and her recipe turns out just like it used to when she used to make pies. she also put a small amount of baking powder in it. she was from Sweden the "pastry " country lol
