All great and amazing things. Me and my husband have just recently gotten "back to our roots" so to speak when it comes to our food. Natural is better (duhhh, but living busy working lives we tend to forget that and go with the easy, processed junk).
Added bonus besides eating healthier is the new connection between me and him while we cook together!! Better mental health, better diet, better overall health and a better marriage...Amazing how getting back to natural just seems to work!?!?!
I store and eat squash all fall and winter: different varieties for bread, pie, soup, and roasted dishes.
