I was in but could barely hear her. I backed out and came back in but no dice. I asked if there would be replays and the mod said they would be sending them out. Not sure what the problem was because I think everyone else could hear.

I just saw this posting today and the webinar has ended. @Acequiamadre. @torey, @Tave, @silvertipgrizz, @JennyT or @seeker.nancy - Central Texas iIt would be wonderful if you could post a brief summary of the 5 herbs and what you learned.
Thank you in advance

No problem hearing the replay. She actually covered more than five. They were sage (common garden variety) eluethro, tulsi (holy basil), ashwaganda, shatavari, lemon balm with honorable mentions to several others. She addressed them in relation to three classifications - nervines, adaptagens, and tonics. The q and a at the end covered things such as dosages, uses for children, essential oils, preparations and more. Very good info especially for someone just beginning their herbal journey.
I was surprised to see sage in the group. I've seen it pop up a lot lately so I learned that I need to do a good review of it and how best to apply it in my life. Herbs just have so many uses that it can be a lot to take in at one time (cue the elephant joke).
My biggest take away? It was that I don't need to think of herbs so much as a "medicine" but more of a food and part of a healthy life - teas, foods, etc. in addition to my tinctures.

Sage is an underrated herb. I put my face right in the plant and take a deep breath of the addicting aroma. It always makes me feel better.
-
I've not used sage much before but I am now lol. I put some with my greens yesterday (Swiss chard, dinosaur kale, baby dandelion including root, and I cannot remember the name of my other green right now 😒) and included it in my nourishing comfrey tea this morning. My sage plant is also vying for world domination so I need to use it lol.

So glad people were able to enjoy it!
-
I could use a double helping of both haha.
