The first one looks like a great tummy tea.

Glad to see that you warm your teapot first. That is a step that isn't always mentioned.

I actually ended up needing that pot of tea, and one more. I woke up the next day with a bad stomach bug - fever, diarrhea, etc. The tea did the trick.

The spice tea is really nice on a cold day!

Thanks for the recipes:) Is there a herb that can replace chamomile? Chamomile and valerian are two herbs that I can't take. K.P. Khalsa had a good explanation about why.

I just found my new favorite herb. It's called marcela or wira wira (Achyrocline satureioides). It tastes similar to chrysanthemums and makes a great tea. It also does a lot of what chamomile does.

Cool :). I love a nice herbal tea. I like to make decoctions of burdock and dandelion root. And Chamomile is wonderful. Rose hips are absolutely delightful.

I love herbal teas. I just made a nutrient tea with nettles, lemon balm, camomile, tulsi, and a few other nutrient rich herbs to drink throughout the day.
