    I love the idea of making a greenhouse from an old schoolhouse "eagle's nest" (at least that is what we called them when I was in elementary school!)! Maybe a playhouse for my grandchildren!!

    Domes are actually what started me down the path of Permaculture, 25 years or so ago - one thing leading to another. Buckminster Fuller was a brilliant guy and his books were very interesting. Check out aircrete domes - they are probably the easiest and cheapest to build... and seem to be tornado proof! AirCrete (domegaia.com)
