    This looks yummy! I love anything with dill. Might have to have chicken strips tonight to try it out.

    I love learning about foods that have become traditional for specific areas.

    I have another recipe that is mayo and honey based. Add enough mustard to colour it and curry powder to taste. Even my curry-non-tolerant hubby likes it.

    @RustBeltCowgirl I like where you are going with this. I am thinking with Fish & Chips instead of tartar sauce.

    I was figuring this was some sort of mustard sauce ( not that that's a bad thing.) I'll have to try it once I get some dill weed.

    I made chicken strips for dinner tonight so we could try out the dipping sauce. Very good even though all I had was dried dill. i'll bet it is much better with fresh. I will get some next time I go to town and try again. I will try the other variations as well. My husband is a big mustard fan so I think he will probably like that one the best.

    I do think it would be very nice with fish.
