I am the same way. I learn a great deal when listening to her videos. I was able to find her book Herbal Kitchen either at the used bookstore near me or gently used on Amazon for just a few dollars I can't remember which and it is packed with recipes I can't wait to try.

I am dying to take her class on Herbal Oils. I've heard so many good things. And I've tried making herbal oils in the past with no luck all dismal failures.

I really do enjoy Kami's information. She is so sharing with her knowledge. I have used a lot of her various suggestions as to how to work more herbs into food and life in general.
