Please send love and prayers to Doc Jones
All of us deeply love and appreciate Doc Jones and I recently read he is headed into brain surgery - today I think.
I'm sure his wife Lori will tell you he is hard headed and removing a few layers of that thick skull is a good thing... but seriously.
Here is a wonderful blog post Doc wrote about how an experienced herbalist works with conventional medicine. And his current situation.

Oh wow, will definitely do!

Best wishes Doc Jones!~

Oh my. Yes, indeed. Thank you for informing us Marjory.
🙏🙏
-
Hopefully it all goes well. That's a pretty important bundle of information hidden in there, not to mention a pretty essential part of himself.
He wants a hedgehog...did you know that? He mentioned it in the Q&A section of a webinar once when I asked him about burning incense, diffusing essential oils & hedgehog health. Certainly, he is an interesting person.
Best wishes from Canada to @Doc jones and his family.

Thank you for letting us know. He is an amazing person and he will be in my thoughts and prayers.
-
Lifting him up in prayer to Jesus! Please keep us updated ❤
-
I saw his post yesterday about this. I did pray for him as well. It's so weird that things can just grow on our brains. Strikes me funny everytime I hear about it.
-
My prayers are with Doc Jones and his family and I wish him a very speedy recovery!
-
Praying for Doc Jones and his family. May God guide the hand of the surgeon and give him a speedy recovery.
-
Yes, I read his article. I love his balanced view of medical doctors. Stainless steel is natural, gone is good, and you can use herbs to recuperate. My prayers are with him and his family.
-
@Marjory Wildcraft, is there some way that we can all sign one digital get well card for him? Do you know?
-
good idea! I don't know...
-
Such a good guy. Praying for him and his family.
-
So sad to hear. Praying things go smoothly with the Dr's skilled hands. Lifting them all up.
-
Love and light to him and his family.
-
Brilliant blog post; we need conventional medicine as well as herbs, prevention, etc. I pray he will be well.
-
@Marjory Wildcraft any update on Doc Jones?
-
Wishing Doc Jones all the best. I read his post when he sent it out. I also have a small meningioma, but mine hasn't grown any in several years and thankfully not pushing on anything. I am glad to hear that his surgery went well and hoping his recovery is good.
-
Best to you and your family Doc Jones, your good sense of humor will have you back to your potions in no time. Thank you for all you have contributed and knowledge you have shared. Have enjoyed and learned so much from your presentations--get better soon!!!
-
Laurie,
I left Doc a message asking how he was doing and let him know of this thread in our community and the outpouring of love and support.
-
Any edit suggestions? @Marjory Wildcraft, would you be able to send this to him when it has been approved by the group?
-
There's an update on Doc's website https://homegrownherbalist.net/2021/02/its-brain-surgery/
Looks like all went well, and he should be released either Saturday or Sunday.
😀

Thank you for the update.
-
Yes! how wonderful! I will get that to him.
I also left messages. And as @dottile46 showed int he update post, he is still recovering...
-
@Marjory Wildcraft Thank you for sharing this news. I am so relieved that the operation went well. And he gave such good advise, before the operation. We do need doctors.
Well, his sense of humour will help him to recover faster. God bless him.
-
Praying for Doc's full recovery.
How do we sign the card or is it too late?
-
Because I sub to his email notifications, I just got an email from one of his family members letting all of us know how grateful they are for all the kind words, wishes and prayers and that as she was writing this they were wheeling him out of the hospital in his chair to be released home.
-
Oh my. Sorry to hear about this. But very glad the outcome has been positive. Will be praying for quick and uneventful healing. Too much knowledge there to lose, and the sense of humor he has is like a spoon full of sugar to help make the "medicine" of learning go down easier.

@Tave great card!

Love and good vibes
